The purpose of this project is to investigate business models of medium and small sized firms around the world and to generalize successful business models.
In an introductory chapter we began by considering the concept of business models, and to set up VRISA analysis (Value, Rareness, Imitability, Substitutability, Appropriability) was based on Alan Afuah (2003) Business Models : Strategic Management Approach, McGraw-Hill Irwin. We made an analysis of each case from chapter 1 to chapter 16 as follows :
