    Summary:Be placed in sports facilities as an instrument for preventing lifestyle-related diseases often Excercise Bikes. However, it is allowed to continue for a monotonous and difficult exercise due to it. Therefore, in order to continue the movement by the Exercise Bikes, we have developed a Virtual Stamprally System with a mechanism for increasing the intrinsic motivation. The system is a mechanism that can enjoy the stamp rally virtually while a Excercise Bikes. The system employs three methods of garni cation as a mechanism for increasing the intrinsic motivation. When To evaluate the system, if it is not introduced to the case of introducing the system, and measure intrinsic motivation for the use of the tness motorcycle, signi cant differences in intrinsic motivation for use of the Exercise Bikes I was seen. In this paper, we conducted an experiment to users of Exercise Bikes, to evaluate the effect of intrinsic motivation according to the present system.

    Summary:Developing the virtual stamp rally system for improving the utilization of the exercise bike. Virtual stamp rally can be converted into movement in the virtual space of the actual movement. I try to make realism to this system. Research for improvement of realism have been actively. The mainstream is visual sense, auditory sense, and tactile sense. Improves the realism, and provides feedback to the tactile sense. Describe the Air-blowing Function in this paper.

    Summary:This paper describes a method for overlaying multiple linguistic information in order to support reading comprehension of Web pages. In Web pages, functions such as hyperlinks are embedded and linguistic information such as characters, words, phrases and sentences are overlapped. The proposed method provides a method to access each of information of linguistic elements that appear in such situation. Using the proposed method, readers of Web pages can obtain linguistic information easily that they want to read.

    Summary:IP network learning classes has been offered for network engineers in educational institution such as Universities. We have been developing a hands-on type IP network practice system. We developed this system by virtual machines. Using this system, students can learn how to built IP networks without real network devices. In this study, we implemented a new system as Web application on campus cloud environment. More than one student can built one IP network by this system. In this paper, we discuss functions for cooperative practice.

    Summary:Sensor data are being used for environmental measurement at many research institutes. To exchange sensor data between measurement sites, it is necessary to open sensor data to the Internet with a Web server. However, measurement sites cannot always operate via a Web server because of operational and security issues. Furthermore, support for NAT (Network Address Translation) and many different types of sensors are also needed. For these reasons, we developed a system based on hybrid P2P technology to facilitate exchange of sensor data. We conducted experiments to evaluate the fundamental performance of the system and found that we were able to efficiently search for and obtain sensor data using the system. We were also able to share sensor data via the Internet in an NAT environment without the need to operate a Web server by installing a developed Node function. Furthermore, we implemented a function that allowed the user to easily add different types of sensors. <br>

    Summary:営利目的で一方的に送りつけられる電子メールは一般にスパムメールとして知られており,過去数年間,その影響は世界中に広がり続けている.本論文では,社会ネットワークの特性を表す指標の1つである固有ベクトル中心性に基づいたスパムメールフィルタリングの手法を提案する.提案手法は,受信したメールに含まれるメールアドレスの固有ベクトル中心性の得点を評価し,スパム以外のメールを区別するためのメールアドレスのホワイトリストを構成する.固有ベクトル中心性の得点とメールネットワークの形態との関係や,関連する手法との違いを考察し,著者のメールボックスのデータを用いた実験により提案手法の有効性を示す.Unsolicited commercial email is generally known as spam and its negative effects continue to spread around the world in the past few years. In this paper, we propose a method for spam email filtering based on eigenvector centrality which is one of indexes expressing property of social network. The proposed method evaluates score of the centrality for each mail address included in received emails and constructs a whitelist of the reliable mail address to distinguish non-spam. This paper shows the effectiveness of the proposed method by some experiments using author's mailbox. Then, we give some considerations on the relation between score and form of mail network in order to show differences from relative methods.

    Summary:Web 2.0 is a summary of the concepts of the business that succeeds on Web, and has the architecture of participation and the harnessing collective intelligence etc. Then, we propose to take the concepts of Web 2.0 to lectures. As a result, communications in lectures and leveraging accumulated information can be expected. In this report, we describe mapping of lectures to which Web 2.0 is taken. Next, we show the operation result of lectures to which Web 2.0 is taken. In the result, the student included in a long tail was admitted to be activated in other functions, and we have confirmed the participation of lectures was effective.

    Summary:In natural language processing systems, it is very important to understand the meaning of time expressions. Introducing such a. function to the systems leads to improve the ability of information processing systems which communicate with human beings. However, the quantitative aspect of time expressions required for the systems has hardly been taken into consideration in the conventional research. In this paper, we propose a semantic representation of time reference expressions based on calendars, called a time reference equation, which indicates a specified time using a calendar. The feature of a time reference equation is to represent the quantitative meaning of such an expression by a collection of intervals of time calculated from the equation. The representation is the extension of a series of semantics representations originated by Leban.

    Summary:This paper proposes a method for formalizing time expressions. First, the concept of an expression is classified into 17 categories for which a formal representation is defined. The proposed representation includes both conceptual and quantitative aspects. An algorithm for translating time expressions into the corresponding formal representation by using a shift-reduce parsing technique is presented. Experiments for about 2, 000 time expressions extracted from actual documents show that the proposed method yields correct interpretation in about 93% of the cases.

    Summary:A well-known approach of searching texts is full text retrieval using signature vectors. but the method can not always remove efficiently accesses of text blocks. This paper presents a method for constructing signature vectors holding the worst-case removing ratio. The concept of this approach is to define the bit position for arbitrary length strings. From the simulation results, it is shown that the vector length of the method presented is about 80% shorter than that of the traditional method under the same removing ratio.

    Summary:Storing and retrieving an useful example sentence efficiently is an important task in document management systems because text retrieval is the most time-consuming part of them. Inverted filing is a well-known approach, but there are some problems when storing a huge number of sentences. It arises when the intersection is computed for large postings indexed by terms, or keywords. Moreover, disk access for postings also takes a lot of time in this situation. This paper presents a technique for the storing of multi-stages of postings and retrieving them partly in order to compute efficiently the intersection between postings for the requested terms. From the simulation results, it is shown that the algorithm presented is 3 to 88 times faster than the traditional approach.

    Summary:機械翻訳や文書管理システムにおいて複数の検索要求に該当する用例文をいかに効率的に検索するかは,情報検索の分野で重要な研究課題の1つである.本稿では,用例文の絞り込みを高速化する手法として,文番号ベクトルを用いた手法を提案し,その応用として構築した多属性情報(表記・品詞・概念)を用いた用例検索システムを紹介する.そして,約21万の用例文に対する実験結果より,従来の手法に比べて1.6~4倍高速化することが分かった.
