[Refereed] ''A new political philosophy is necessary to a new world.n 1925, Harold Laski was written so in the beginning of the grate work, A Grammar of politics. 1989, it collapses the Berlin Wall which was the symbol of the east and west cold war. Until it reaches today after cold war, when we see the political situations, it appears the various new political phenomena which it can not think at former times. When we borrow Laski's phrase, exactly, "A New Politics is necessary to a new world. Probably, as for being looked for as one of such New Politics, it is Sustainable Politics which oriented the sustainable development or social building of sustainable society. This paper tries rough sketch about the basic composition, the basic concept and the basic strategy of Sustainable Politics. This paper aims at governance, public management and democracy to strengthen civil society, which compose the main stem of Sustainable Politics.
