Information systems design that harmonizes with organizations has been one of the critical concerns in the Information Systems field. However, it has been challenging to conduct a practical education for the concerns at the undergraduate level. We have developed an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for practical education. The proposed "Clear-ERP" system has been designed for use in "Information Systems education through business games", whereby students practice business analysis of a virtual company managed by themselves. The learning objectives that the proposed system should support include: (1) to experience a "fit and gap analysis", which is needed for the installation of the ERP system, (2) to experience comparing the in-house development with the package installation, and (3) to provide a standard design and implementation example. Educational practices were conducted in a full-online class held in the fall semester of 2020. Students could practice making a system installation plan based on their fit and gap analysis. We analyzed reports by the students to examine their learning outcomes.
