    本稿では、会計基準と法人税法との乖離と接近の問題を、とりわけ接近に焦点を当てつつ、個別基準に基づいて検討し、その背景にあるものは何かについて明らかにしたい。一般に、法人税法と会計基準とが接近するという現象は、異なる規制目的をもつ法律が会計基準を共有することによって社会的コストが削減できるという点から説明されることが多いが、本稿が検討の対象とする事例では、それ以外の要因もあるように思われるのである。なお、本稿の主眼は、日本における会計基準と法人税法の乖離と接近の「方向性」について検討し、その要因を明らかにすることであるため、両者の乖離と接近の「程度」については、検討の対象とはしない。
